Chardonnay 2017 (unoaked)
This lightly oaked Chardonnay has versatility and is adaptable. A persistent lemon back palate is well supported by a host of flavors, with grilled nuts, roasted almonds, vanilla, mascarpone and dried herbs making for a crisp clean wine.
Fine rich fish such as salmon, grilled veal chops with mushrooms, Late summer vegetables such as red peppers, corn, butternut squash and pumpkin (pumpkin ravioli). Cheddar cheese.
