Ripplebrook Winery was created in loving memory of Giuseppe Raffaele (Father to proprietor Catena Raffaele) who passed in 2013.

Giuspeppe came to Australia from Lipari in the Aeolian Islands off the coast of Sicily after marrying his bride Angelina. Together raising and instilling his three daughters with Italian stories, traditions and delicacies.

"Giuseppes" the name of our Cellar door re-creates the cosy, warm and loving care that Giuseppe gave to his garden and family and we want to share that with you. Our food is prepared with the same love and passion that Angelina cooks to this day.

Our wine and vineyard are crafted and cared for in the same loving way our father cared meticulously for his garden.

"Giuseppes at Ripplebrook" is housed in a quaint shed converted to re-create the family feeling we had as growing up. Togetherness and sharing is what we are all about, which creates a very friendly environment. We serve a delicious range of home-made wood fired pizza's, Sicilian delicacies, "Cicchetti" (tapas) and tantalizing "degustazione" which will leave you salivating for more.

You can cosy up in winter as the wood fire oven heats. In summer our outdoor dining area with its breath-taking views of the vineyard and the rolling hills of Mt Baw Baw will leave you with a vivid memory which you'll want to recommend and share.
