Refund policy
Ripplebrook Winery complies with Australian Consumer Law.
If your wine is damaged in transit, faulty or not as described, we’ll happily replace or refund it — just get in touch within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if the wine doesn’t suit your personal taste — so please choose carefully!
