2019 'Guiseppe's Guice' Red Blend

2019 Field blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz all grown on our estate vineyard, hand picked and wild fermented. The fruit was processed altogether, creating a beautiful field blend of cool climate reds. 

Made with the nostalgia of Catena's father, Guiseppe, the fruit was on skins for 2 weeks and pressed in our basket press to old oak for 12 months. Aged in bottle for 12 months before release to the public. A beautiful colour with dark cherry notes, smooth tannins and rich body. Perfect to serve with any foods and enjoyed with friends who appreciate a cool climate style red blend.
